The hotel is in a great location, just like a Novotel but with a higher price tag due to its prime location. The rooms, while not huge, are decent in size, though dealing with loud music from young adults in the corridor at 4 am was a downside. The balcony was a nice touch, although opening the patio door on chilly nights was a bit too frosty for comfort.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms are nice and come with a balcony.
Service

The staff was really helpful, especially with food and wine choices, but seemed understaffed during busy times like breakfast. However, they went out of their way to assist, even ordering us a late-night pizza when room service was closed.
Location

The location is ideal for those who enjoy walking or cycling, with stunning views overlooking the mountains in Alpe d'Huez. The friendly bartender added to the chilled-out atmosphere of the place.

The breakfast was good but repetitive. On the upside, it provided a solid start before hitting the slopes. The vegetarian options were decent.

The hotel offers nice and spacious rooms perfect for our requirements with a lovely shower and balcony view of the Alps. However, the rooms were not huge but decent-sized, and there were loud young adults playing music in the corridor at 4 am, which could be bothersome.

Rooms

The rooms were perfect for our requirements, with a nice bed, a decent sofa bed in the family room, and a lovely shower. The balcony view of the Alps was a great addition.
Service

The service employed to cover the breakfast was very efficient and polite, although there was not much engagement with clients. The staff, on the other hand, were some of the best I've ever come across - attentive and polite.
Location
9.0
The location is great if you like to walk or cycle, offering a nice place to relax and enjoy both summer and winter activities. The proximity to all activities Alp du Heuz has to offer is a definite plus.
Dining
9.0
The dining experience was fantastic with plenty of choice and a substantial buffet providing everything you'd expect. However, some variety in the daily menu would have been appreciated.
